This is a TenTec Omni-D from around 1978-1979 I got from an estate sale. I think it might have been a parts rig, as it was missing several parts, many boards were loose, and the boards had problems in the PA, filter board, voltage regs, VFO, etc. It was kind of a handful, but I kept pecking at it from time to time, until it was finished. I'd work on it until I burned out, walk away, and come back later :-)
Once finish, it is a great rig and lots of fun. In 1978, this sold for $1069... ouch! Here's a video and some pics...
