This is a Henry 2K-3. It had a bunch of problems, RF chokes on the grids burned and shorted, rectifier block shorted, HV cable melted and shorted to the cabinet, HV connector destroyed, and no tubes. Whew... after a bit of work, she's back together and burning the leaves off the trees :-) Beautiful amp!
