Palomar 250HD Repairs

 This Palomar 250HD is a broad band solid state amp, and works from 40 thru 10 meters. The external bandpass filter from 60dbm.com really cleans it up. This unit had a bad relay in the recieve preamplifier, and I replaced it with a high isolation Motorola DPDT mini-rrlay. Here's a few pics...

I'm pointing to the bad relay, just below the fuse holder.

The moving portion of the relay and failed from metal fatigue.
