This is an NVIDIA FX-5200 graphics video card I've had a while, great video card! I noticed, after it ran a while, especially when streaming videos and such, it would lock up. I took it apart and found the cooling fan to be seized. A little cleaning, lubrication, and refreshing the heatsink compound, and it was good as new. Here's a few pics and videos...
