This isn't radio, but it's a kinda cool piece of electromechanical tech from a 1972 RoadRunner. A friend brought this over and needed help with it for a '72 Road Runner he's restoring.
It's a windshield wiper motor/gearbox. There are kinda hard to find, and even then, you're getting 50+ year old pig-in-a-sack. I started digging in and found some wiring issues in the motor where the field and shunt wires were grounding to the housing, the brushes were totally wonky, the park switch was bent around backwards, the gearbox was seized with solidified grease, and the home switch actuator had tried to force itself past the internal stops. It's all running smoothly, cleaned up, and ready for a shot of paint!
