This is a TenTec Antenna Tuner, model 229A, I picked up in an estate sale. It matched my Omni C, and only had minor issues. There was some arcing in the roller inductor, but that was solved with cleaning and dry lube. A new lamp in the meter, cleaning the band switch, and she was good as new. Here's a few pics...
