I've been a ham since 1974. My first exposure to 2-way radio was when my parents installed a base station and several mobiles in the various service trucks of my Dad's plumbing company in the late 60's. Mom would dispatch service calls to the trucks via their CB system. I was amazed at how it worked wirelessly, and we could talk to other people in the area. A few other kids in my area had parents with CB stations, and we would talk to each other every now and again. I worked at a couple of CB shops back when I was in High School, and have enjoyed repairing and restoring them over the years. I've never documented much, but I'll upload and document what I can, as I find it. This page will serve as a main link page to various radios and other CB related items.
